Parth is passionate about designing learning experiences for individual, community and organizational transformation. The focus of his work has been 'workforce and organization development', capacitating them with the right knowledge, skills and attitude to be future-ready and well-equipped to lead change. He has conceptualized and led range of capacity building programs for corporates, Corporate Social Responsibility, United Nations, Government of India, civil society and NGOs.
